Campout, Saturday, April 8th, Itch-Kep-Pe Park

The weather didn’t detour the scouts from having a great time!  Be sure to view photos sent in from Linda, Dennie and Joe.  Some scouts brought home wet tents at the meeting Monday night.  Please set them up to dry out and return to the troop at the next meeting.  Thank you for helping out.

Bike Trek, Saturday, April 22nd, 10 am

We will meet at Lake Elmo in the Heights at 9:30am for a bike check.  Bikers will leave for the ride at 10am.   Be prepared for a 15 mile bike ride!  Riders must wear a helmet and gym shoes.  Bring a water bottle.  You can wear class B uniforms.

Spring Camporee, May 5, 6 and 7

This year the Camporee turned into a Quad District campout in Miles City.  This will be attended by troops from all over Eastern Montana, an event you won’t want to miss!  More information coming your way.  Mark your calendars – plan to be there!

Troop Meeting, May 8th, PLC 6pm and Troop Mtg 7pm

Family Promise will take over the church May 7 – 13th, so we will need to meet at another location.  Scouts have decided to meet at North Park, 6th Avenue & North 19th Street.  Scouts should meet at the picnic area at 7pm until 8:15pm.  Class B uniforms are welcome.

World Relief Service, Saturday, May 13, 9am – 12pm

This is a food and clothing drive for the church located at 2336 Saint Johns Ave.  Scouts must be at the church at 9:00 am until noon.  You will earn service hours for this activity.  Because scouts will be loading a truck, class B uniforms are acceptable.

Court of Honor, Monday, May 22nd

Be sure to work on merit badges and bring your work to meetings to complete.  There are five meetings left to complete rank advancements and merit badges.  The deadline to get information to Tonya, Rank Advancement Chair is Monday, May 15th.

This Court of Honor will have a dinner prior to the ceremony.  Information on what patrol will bring a main dish or a side dish will be announced at a troop meeting.  This event will start at 6:30pm and not 7:00pm, please make a note on your calendar.

Memorial Day Flags, Saturday, May 27th

Scouts, wearing Class A uniforms, place flags at every veteran’s grave in Mountview Cemetery, more information to follow.
